We want you to love your new curtains as much as we loved making them! To ensure everything is perfect, we recommend the following:
- Double Check: Please review your measurements carefully before ordering, as we cannot offer returns for measuring errors.
- Fabric Care: Take a moment to read our care guidelines to keep your fabrics looking beautiful for years to come.
- Unpack Early: We recommend hanging your curtains as soon as they arrive. Fabric left in packaging can develop heavy creases—this is a natural characteristic of the fabric rather than a defect, and they'll soon look their best once hung!
If Something Isn't Right
We take great pride in our quality, but if you believe there is a manufacturing defect with your order, we are here to help.
- Let us know: Please get in touch with our team within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The Process: We may ask for a few photos or request that you send the item back so our specialists can take a closer look.
- Our Promise: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will happily repair the item, provide a replacement (exchange), or offer a full refund.
Refund Details
If a refund is the best path forward, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of confirming your entitlement to a refund.
